Rise Up the Activity

We usually think that no time for sports. Actually there are many way that can help us to rise up the activity and burnt our calorie before accumulate become a fat:

a.       Try always to walk in any activity. Don't use the telephone to talk to a friend in room side, but walk to go to their room.

b.       Walk in fast and swing your arm. This will be seen that you look more active.

c.       Better use stairs than lift.

d.       Make your job more attractive by hearing music. You will finish the job faster and happy.

e.       After work, play with children in the garden. This will help you more active and build good relationship with your family.

f.         In a day that you feel very tired, try to take a walk in the night. You will feel fresh after that.

 

Starting Sport

Sport in regular time will not just make your weight down but will make you feel fresh and lessen the stress. Try to spend your time in your busy day for sport as your challenge, after you got the benefit, you will amaze how you can live without sport.

 

Attention: If you are more than 35 years old, very fat or have some dieses, you must consult with a doctor before you starting sport program.

 

Choose kind of sport that you like, especially sport together your friends or your family. The best choose is aerobic, sport that continue moving will make your heart and lungs strong. Examples:

  • Fast walk
  • Run on stay
  • Aerobic gymnastic
  • Ride a Bicycle
  • Swimming
  • Badminton
  • Tennis
  • Football

Common Guidelines

If never do sport before, better beginning with slowly and increasing the activity step by step as long as 3 to 6 months. Your body needs time for conditioning, for the beginner sometime too ambitious to aim something and finally ends with disappointed.
